Background
The world of training has changed a lot in the past 15 years, not least in terms of volume. Australians have never been so well trained!
So why is it that the Australian Bureau of Statistics quotes a figure of over 4 billion training dollars being spent by Australian business' but 2 billion of it being wasted?
Because too many training companies forget that training is actually a human enterprise. It involves people! And people are busy. People have problems, people learn at different rates and people have different styles of learning they prefer.
People get tired. People are not always ready to receive the messages the trainers want to impart. People can get training weary. People can feel they know enough already. And despite many training sessions having change as their core focus – well, people may not like change.
On the other hand, if you find a training company that understands people, then you have a head start on your training outcomes
Craig Bulmer - Director
Craig has based his entire career on the certainty that if you really connect with people, then you can understand people. And if you understand people then you can train people. And if you train people properly, then he will deliver such organisational change that he will do himself out of a job. Forever.
His reputation as a first class trainer has taken him from Australia to the UK, China to Thailand, Singapore to Japan. Along the way he has made a major impact on the lives of literally thousands of people by imparting practical skills for people to improve everyday work and life.
A finalist in the National Training Awards in 2001, holder of a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, and lauded Master Coach, Craig gets to combine his gregarious nature and 15 years of experience in training with some proven tools and techniques to help clients of all sizes find tailored solutions for their training needs. Craig may never do himself out of a job. But hey, he loves people. There are worse ways to earn a living.
His natural and relaxed style has brought comments such as:
