Advanced Train The Trainer

The Advanced Train The Trainer programme will teach you a set of principles and strategies that you can apply to any content or any training programme you might be running in your organisation. Once you begin to learn the principles and apply them, you will quickly see real results in your learning environments. These principles and strategies are not a bag full of "fun" games to play in a training room they are the basis of 15 years experience.

This programme is designed to cater for all levels of experience. Whether you are new to training, you have been training for some time and are looking to enhance your skills or whether you have been training for years, the principles and strategies offer something to all. Depending on your team’s numbers we can run the  Advanced Train The Trainer programme in-house or you could attend our ‘open’ programmes held throughout the year.

Post Workshop Coaching

Ensuring we uphold our own philosophy, Making Training Work provides coaching for individuals or teams who have attended our Advanced Train The Trainer programmes. We will observe your sessions and provide feedback based on the application of the principles and strategies taught in our programme. This stage enables you to reinforce the skills and to gain maximum understanding. Essentially we are making the principles real for your situations and your environments.

Co – design

Using the same principles and strategies from the Advanced Train The Trainer programme Making Training Work will work with you and your team to implement those principles with your content. You know your environment and your audience better than we do, so by joining forces we can design programmes that will maximise participant learning, reduce training costs and facilitate real results.
